I did this for an English assignment. We had just read the book, and we had to illustrate a scene from the book for a daily grade. For some strange reason, I felt like doing 5 hours of work on it. I sketched the cover free-handed, scanned it, and colored it. WOO PAINT SHOP PRO!!
Well, I DREW the boat and the marlin, but the coloring, sea, and clouds are all random Paint Shop effects. The original was bigger but it was TOO big. Looks great on a piece of photo paper, though. I should sell them...but I don't have a prints account and I don't think you're allowed to use one till you're 18...
